Wedding season is on full swing and with so many celebrities getting married this year, I am super excited to see their photos and videos. I don’t know about you guys but I was particularly very very excited about attending a wedding only to get an opportunity to recreate some of their gorgeous looks. But sadly that is yet to happen. And clearly I don’t have patience to wait.
To be honest generally we don’t have that much time to invest before attending someone’s wedding. I wanted to create a simple make up look with very minimum products.
So here is a guest make up look which can be paired with both Indian and western outfits.
For the base makeup I choose colorbar primer and then went in with Maybelline strobe cream for that glowly look. I used the foundation from Note cosmetics and to conceal I picked up Maybelline fit me concealer. For highlighting my under eyes I used Maybelline age rewind concealer which was one shade lighter than my original skin tone. To set everything up I used make up revolution banana powder.

I used a make up fixer from make up revolution to seal the deal and then moved to eye brows. L’Oreal brow pomade to fill in the gaps.

For the eyes I chose to prime it first with NYX eyeshadow primer and then went ahead with a liquid eyeshadow from kiko Milano. To blend in the harsh lines I used the sugar’s contouring shade. I used a brown liner from stay quirky and a black Kajal from Nykaa along with a mascara from maybelline to complete my eye look. For highlighting I used make revolution highlighting and contouring pallet. For that natural tint I used Maybelline fit me blush on.

After softly contouring my jaw line, cheek bone and forehead I also attempted to contour my nose. I again went in with my damp beauty blender to remove the excess powder from my face. Do complete the look I choose a bright red lipstick from Revlon.

For the first look I paired a black top from Shein. in with a black ankle length pant that I got from Myntra. I kept it simple with high heels from catwalk and open hair. Oh how I can forget the hoops from HnM.

For the traditional look I just added a bindi and those heavy earrings and bracelet from local market. The dress is from Lajpat Nagar Delhi. That’s it.

I feel this is a versatile look which you can tone up or down according to your preference.
What do you feel about it? Let me know in the comment section.
