REVIEW ON THE CAPSULE RECIPE PACKS BY INNISFREE

Hey girls, hope you are doing well. Thank you for stopping by to have a look. Today I am going to review the capsule recipe packs by innisfree as promised on my previous Korean skin care blog. There is a bonus review of the comparison of the cute hand creams by faceshop and innisfree. So please wait till the end.

The innisfree as you know is Korean beauty and skin care brand which deals with all natural and organic products. They are available online at Nyakka and also at there outlets. The capsule recipe packs are available in two types , the sleeping packs and the leave on for 10 mins packs ( basically the like a mask). They are priced at Rs 150/- each. They are available in many variants like volcanic clay, rice,bija & tea tree,bija & aloe, Seaweed,Canola honey,aloe,red kiwi,bamboo,aronia. I have tried almost all of them but today I have sea weed variant for the mask , rice and green tea sleeping masks with me.

The Sleeping masks are targeted towards a particular issue your skin is facing that can be resolved by putting the recipe overnight on the clean face and washing it in the morning with a mild face wash. The rice variant targets the dull skin which promises a bright and healthy skin in the morning. Obviously the effect isn’t seen overnight but the effect can be visible felt and seen after 2-3 continuous uses. It has rice extracts which is helpful in getting bright and nourish skin.The texture is creamy and soft. It is easy to apply and it is absorbed completely by the skin within few minutes only, so there isn’t any risk for the pillow cover or sheets to get dirty! The quantity is little less but you can use the pack for 4-5 uses. So it is advisable to buy 2 packs of the same variant for better results. Best for dry and sensitive skin as it looks lifeless at times.

The tea tree variant also is of similar texture and quantity as the rice one. The target here is the acne prone skin. The oily and sensitive to combination skin can get its most benefits. Green tea is known for its anti oxidant properties which will help the skin to breath and make it more radiant and supple. This formula is also applied on the clean skin for overnight and washed in Luke warm water in the morning.

The leave it on skin for 10 mins recipe packs are like the masks which is used after cleaning and scrubbing the face for best results. The seed weed formula is basically a mild scrub to remove dirt and dead skin cells.The sea weed variant is gluey consistency and feels little warm on the skin when applied. It contains 10,000ppm of chlorella powder for which it is a heating formula pack for skin transparency care. They are meant to be stored in refrigerators after the 1st use and can be used up to 4-5 times. They can be used on alternative days and after washing off use a good serum followed by a moisturizer. You can use it on pat dry face and gently massage the product on to your skin leaving the eye yand mouth area.It is best for winters and can be used by all skin types.

HAND CREAMS OF THE FACE SHOP AND INNISFREE:

The hand creams are an essential for winters. They prevent the dry, flaky hands and makes it supple and soft. The Face shop and the innisfree have a very nice collection of hand creams which has many variants. Today I have with me the face shop lovely meex mini pet hand cream in 04 fruity floral which has a cute cat faced cap and innisfree lotus flower hand cream. Both of them have unique and pleasant smell and instantly moisturizes the hands leaving a very soft and supple feel to it. The quantity is same i.e 30 ml for both.

The innisfree one is priced at Rs 300 and the face shop one is at Rs 430. The face shop has other variants which are of same price as innisfree but the cat caped one is extra because of its beautiful packaging which is reusable. A hand cream is a must for all the ladies out there and since winters have already come go grab it from nykka or your near by stores. Hope the review helped.
