Today I am back with another review post and this review is going to be the result of a two-month test!
As you must have seen in the title it is the review of the L’Oreal Paris voluminous Lash Paradise Mascara. Before we start with this review spare some time to also read my blog on another product from the house of L’oreal.
The most awaited launch by L’Oreal is this lash paradise mascara. India has been waiting for this particular product since it was launched abroad. It has been compared with better than sex mascara by two-faced and many have claimed that this is one of the best drugstore mascaras available out there. So in today’s post, we will find out, weather lash paradise deserves all the hype?
Now I have got my hands on this ever since it released in Nykaa. And it has been around 2 months and I have been trying and testing this particular product.

Packaging:
It comes in a plastic wrap with all the details printed on it. Nothing too fancy. Talking about the inner packaging, it is really pretty and elegant. It comes in a rose gold short of a metallic tube which looks very classy. It is a simple, straight tube with a shine to it.
Claims by the brand: 200 + bristles help to catch every lash for a dramatic volumizing effect. The main feature is it is volumizing, lengthening mascara that delivers a full lash fringe. It claims that it has no flaking, no smudging, no clumping, and a long-lasting effect that glides evenly to the lashes.
Variant: Waterproof.
Let’s have a close look at the Wand of the mascara:
It feels definitely very soft. It grips my lashes and feels like it is separating each of them. The number bristles are more than any other mascaras, according to me. Or they have placed very tightly and closely around each other, which I guess is the reason why it holds curls.
Pros:
• Does what it claims. • Doesn’t smudge easily • Gives volume and length • Jet black pigment • The applicator is smooth and very effective
Cons:
• Price is little too much.
My experience:
The wand of the mascara is wavy and bristles are soft that hold the curls properly. I generally don’t use an eyelash curler but still, this mascara did manage to properly hold my curls for quite a long time. It is definitely long lasting and it is very difficult to remove it even with a makeup wipe or remover. It will last you the entire day without bugging at all. It doesn’t flak or clumps which is a big Yeah for me. When I first tried the mascara it impressed me a lot. I could see my lashes were separated and it gave my lashes volume and length. It definitely gives extra oomph without giving that spidery effect. In a single coat my sleepy eyes where wide awake and lashes were looking fuller. When I went ahead and applied another coat, I could feel little weight on my lashes but it gave me a falsies effect. I wore to a wedding function where I was awake the whole night and honestly it did smudge a little after 12-14 hours but it wasn’t that prominent. So I think it is one of the best mascaras we out there.
Will I recommend??
Definitely a big yeah if you are willing to invest some money otherwise you can try the lash sensational mascara by Maybelline for the same results.
Lastly….
I was very excited to try the mascara and like you all, I also had very big expectations for this particular one. But overall I would say, it has completely impressed me but the only negative point is the price which I feel is too high. I have also compared the same with its sister brand Maybelline’s lash sensational mascara and I would say the results were almost the same on my lashes. I couldn’t spot much of a difference but you can see for yourself and tell me if you can find any difference?
Overall I really love this mascara and I would repurchase it only because of it’s staying power. Which I feel is better than the Maybelline one.
