Review of The Faceshop herb day 365 cleansing foam Acerola

Today I am back with another review and this particular facewash I have been loving to bits ! This can multi task as it cleanses and detoxifies the skin at the same time.

Product name: The Faceshop herb day 360 cleansing foam Acerola.

Price: Rs 300/-

Quantity: 170ml

Ingredients:

Main ingredient: Acerola Extract

Other ingredients: Water, myristic acid, glycerin, stearic acid, potassium hydroxide, sorbitol, glycol, distearate, lauric acid, malpighia glabra (acerola) fruit extract, aescullus hippocastanum (horse chestnut) bark extract, saponaria officinalis leaf extract, alchemilla vulgaris extract, salvia offcinalis (sage) leaf extract, fragrance, butylene glycol, disodium edta, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, yellow 6 (CI 15985), red 33 (CI 17200).

How to use:

1. Squeeze a pea size amount on the palm and put little water to create foam .

2. Wet your face and apply the foam on to your face and neck.

3. Massage it for a good 2-5 minutes and rinse it off with luke warm water or you can even use cold water.

What it claims:

Formulated with Acerola Extract, this mild cleansing foam helps dull skin become bright and radiant. It penetrates deep into the pores to remove impurities and dirt buildup that can cause blackheads and clogged pores. Not only it has acerola extract but also 9 kind of herb extract.

Recommendation/ pros: It can be used by all skin types! (Best for normal to combination and oily skin)

1. Very gentle and mild on the face.

2. Does exactly what it claims.

3. Dermatologically tested and can be used by the sensitive skin people also.

4. It cleanses, softens and brightens the skin.

Packaging:

1. Comes in a tube packaging .

2. Easy to store and use.

3. Will last minimum for 3 months

Cons:

1. It feels slightly drying on my face during Winters.

2. Need to use a make up remover before the facewash in case of heavy make up application.

3. Not a travel friendly tube as it is huge to carry.

4. Recommend for normal to combination, oily, sensitive skin. Not the best but for dry skin type.

Will I repurchase:

Definitely a big yes!!

I even have the lemon variant of the face wash and it is specially best for oily skin type and I have gifted this to my friend. For your detailed information I am attaching few pictures of the lemon one also! It also retails for Rs 300 and contains 170ml. Highly recommend for oily skin type and it does wonders in removing dirt and oil from the skin without completely drying it out.
