First of all a Happy Sunday to all of you..

My Sundays are generally very lazy and mostly spent on the bed switching through my social media profiles.. let me know about you guys?

Today as you must have already read from the tittle, I will be reviewing Kama Ayurveda’s Bringadi intensive hair treatment.

Price: Rs 650/-

Quantity: 100ml

Packaging: It comes in a dark plastic bottle with golden colored cap. It is compact and travel friendly.

Used for?

It is an intensive hair treatment that majorly fights hair fall and helps in regrowth of hair.

Ingredients:

All natural ingredients like various herbs and oils.

Formula:

It has a thick consistency. It is a dark color concoction of various ayurvedic ingredients with a strong smell.

Claims:

It claims to fight hair fall, pre-mature greying, dandruff and also is a natural conditioner for hair. It promotes hair growth. It helps in cooling the scalp. It is anti fungal and thus prevents scalp infections.

How to use:

Gently massage in the oil into the scalp after warning up the product between your palms. Use it through the roots and ends of the hair. Keep it overnight or minimum 2-5 hours before washing with a gentle shampoo. For best results use minimum once a week.

Pros:

Good conditioner

Best for dry and dull hair

Makes hair soft and manageable

Reduces hair fall after a regular use

Visibly helps in fighting dandruff

Helps in preventing breakage of the hair

You can skip conditioner if you have normal hair

Cons:

Ayurvedic smell lingers after hair wash also

Takes minimum two wash to completely rinse the oil and also remove the greasiness from the hair

Hair regrowth is not visibly seen

Will I repurchase?

Yes, I would repurchase as it is really a good product packed with all natural ingredients. And most importantly it makes my hair so much more manageable and soft than before. It surely helps in fighting hair fall and breakage.

Yeah or Nah?

A big Yeah..

I have been using this product since last two months and it is almost going to get over. I don’t use it everytime I wash my hair as it is a thick oil and takes a lot of time to properly rinse out. But I make sure to use to in every 10 days and keep in minimum for 3 hours before washing.

P.S. I have a dry scalp and I also have hair fall issues.

About Cactus & Sunflower

"Cactus & Sunflower" is  Grishma Satpathy's new venture in the digital space. The name comes from her deep relation

with her grandmother and the impressions of cactus and sunflower in their lives. As a child she used to share all her curiosities

about the plants with her 'MAA'. Her grandmother believed that 'Grishma' and 'Sunflower' have so much in common;

both are associated with sun and is the ultimate source of light. She always said Grishma to always make sure to carry

that light within yourself wherever you go and whatever you do.
