1. How to look glam in sunny days?

Avoid heavy make up during daytime and switch to powder foundations or bb creams. Also, before makeup use ice cube or setting spray to mattify your face. Always, keep a blotting paper or thin tissue paper to tap your face, in case of sweating. And to prevent foundation from melting and creasing, bake your face using lose powder. Use waterproof and smudge proof liners, mascara, kajal, lipsticks.
2. Frizzy and damaged hair situation due to dry whether

Messy hair is something we all struggle from during summer season. Hair behaves really tough and feels rough due humidity or dryness. To avoid this situation, protect your hair from heat by covering it always in the sun and also use a heat protecting mist to save it from harsh sun rays. Also, use a good mask every week to prevent damage. Make a diy paste with eggs and henna. You can either use banana paste if you don’t like smell of eggs. Oiling is really irritating during summers, so try using aleovera gel instead. Before washing your hair use generous amount of aloe into your roots and lengths and keep it on for 2 hours. It will ensure that your hair stays soft and manageable for few days.
3. Pimple and acne due to heat and pollution
One of my tried and tested solution to prevent pimple is to keep your tummy clean and cold. And for that you need to eat pro-biotic yogurt everyday! Probiotic properties will ensure a healthy gut and indeed healthy skin. Also, follow CTM routine along with sunscreen everyday without fail.
4. Get rid of rashes, sun burn and tanning

To get rid of rashes, use antibiotic talcum powder to keep your skin dry and fresh. And for intimate hygiene always use a good intimate hygiene wash, followed by antibacterial cream.
And for sunburns and tanning, use aleovera all over your body. It will help in calming your skin and also healing any sun damage.
Use raw coconut oil to preven dryness after sun burn .
Rub a half tomato or lemon to get rid of face tanning.
In case in serious redness or irritation, use an antiseptic wash, followed by turmeric and milk mask. This mask will help in getting rid of any infection.
5. Prevent weakness and dehydration

Last but most important hack for summer survival is to prevent dehydration. During summers, our body looses electrolytes and to maintain the right balance of glucose in your body always carry salt and sugar water with you inside your bag. Whenever you feel weak, drink this water and you will be good to go.
I hope you liked reason today’s blog. Do follow these hacks and let me know if it helped you or not.
